I can honestly say I would never want to go through this experience again without a doula. Having Jennifer by my side made such a difference—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. She brought a sense of calm, confidence, and reassurance that I knew I needed after several bad birth experiences.
There were moments where I felt unsure or overwhelmed, and she was right there grounding me, reminding me of my strength, and helping me stay focused. She supported not only me, but my entire family, and made the whole experience feel more peaceful and empowered.
If I have the opportunity and means in the future, hiring a doula for my adult children would be one of the greatest gifts I could give them. That kind of support during such an important life moment is truly priceless, and I can’t recommend it enough.
